How to Use This Board (http://www.christianphotographers.com/community/index.php?topic=5279.0)
We're Voting Until November 17 - Choose 5!
Seventy-seventh Challenge for you all
suggested by bhall07 who won the last Challenge.
"The Truth About Cats and Dogs"
Details: - From bhall07: "Show us your best photos of cats and dogs any breed as long as they are the household pet type, No lions or wolfs."
- Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes. If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo. If you have your photo in your gallery, please don't use the attachment feature as that puts the photo on our server twice but rather link to it.
- Please upload up to 4 entries per member for this challenge.
- If you possibly can, please tell us the camera you used to take your photo and when you took it. But if you don't know, please post the picture anyway. We want to see your photos. :) Please only enter photos taken by you.
- The challenge is open now and will be locked to uploads on Saturday, November 9, 2013 and then we'll vote on them.
- Please put a title in your post for your photos. We need the title for the poll.
- Of course, we're going to see who is posting the photos so this is not an anonymous challenge. So start posting. Click on the "Reply" button below and start this challenge!
Remember, this is a fun project!
Thanks to bhall07 for suggesting this topic. He was the winner of our last Challenge entitled "BIG BIRDS". Thanks bhall07!
Green Eyes

Feral cat shot with Nikon D100 in Oct. of 2004
Nuisance
[attachimg=1]
Cat famous on the Galveston Strand for surviving several house fires and other happenings.
Shot in 2003 with a Sony digital camera
I thought everyone would jump on this one with lots of puppy and kitten photos. Should we change the theme?

Smoky

To Bob: Some of us don't have Pets. Are we limited to our on Pets? Or maybe can we use our neighbors and friends Pets?
Steve
Hey, Steve1
Sure any cat or dog will do. I own a Beagle and I posted 2 cats.
FOR SOME REASON, IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST" SUNDANCE WITH PAW OVER EYE. I'LL TRY SOMETHING ELSE.
STEVE
Sundance Cuddling With Torty
[attachimg=1]
Could this please replace SUNDANCE AND TORTY. I used the wrong photo.
Thanks Steve

That's strange, Steve. That one posted just fine before but now I see it's missing. Gremlins! :(
There seems to be something wrong with the "Announce" feature on the site. I've just tried announcing this topic once again and I don't know whether it went out or not. :(
Thanks, Pat. Hopefully this time it will go to more people and we'll get more entries.

Our Christmas Cat
[attachimg=1]
Somehow, the file didn't get attached, Fotobirder.
Want to try again?
Don't know what's going on but I saw Steve's cat right after he loaded it.
Cat under a Christmas tree I think????
Gremlins!
I modified Steve's entry from "End of post thumbnail" to "Inline full size" and it posted beautifully. Now it's missing.
I'm beginning to think we're jinxed! :lol:
I haven't had this much trouble with downloading the photos before. I re-size the photo down as small as possible and still get the message that it is too large. I make sure to use the Full size feature. I'll try to upload the photo again. Thanks for your help.
Steve
The Photo below is as large as it would let me go without saying it is too large. I see many photos here that are much larger. Can anyone explain how this works?

This is our dog Tanner. We got him from one of those animal rescue places. His mother was a beagle, we think his dad was most likely a chow because he has a purple tongue.
Who's the fairest dog of all?

Some great photos in here!
Found myself going, "Awwww...." over and over!
I have one more I want to put in, will attempt to get 2 hyper dogs to sit for a few minutes...... May not be possible.
