THE SUBJECT IS
BRIDGES
Here's our
99TH Challenge for you all
suggested by buddywoods who won the last Challenge.
"BRIDGES"
Details: - From buddywoods: "This can be a bridge for cars, trains, people. It can be a big bridge across a lake, river etc. or a little foot bridge across a ditch or creek."
- Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes. If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo. If you have your photo in your gallery, please don't use the attachment feature as that puts the photo on our server twice but rather link to it.
- Please upload up to 4 entries per member for this challenge.
- If you possibly can, please tell us the camera you used to take your photo and when you took it. But if you don't know, please post the picture anyway. We want to see your photos. :) Please only enter photos taken by you.
- The challenge is open now and will be locked to uploads on Sunday, November 15, 2015 and then we'll vote on them.
- Please put a title in your post for your photos. We need the title for the poll.
- Please post only one entry per post/message.
- Of course, we're going to see who is posting the photos so this is not an anonymous challenge. So start posting. Click on the "Reply" button below and start this challenge!
Remember, this is a fun project!
Thanks to buddywoods for suggesting this topic. He was the winner of our last Challenge entitled "SMALL BIRDS". Thanks buddywoods!

Fotobirder - I was thinking about a trip to West Virginia this fall to get a picture of that bridge. A friend who lives in West Virginia told me about it. She thought it would make a nice photo. Evidently, it does. Maybe in a year or two I'll get there.
This theme reminds me of the movie, Bridges of Madison County.
Mackinac Bridge, Michigan
(https://www.christianphotographers.com/community/d/12269-2/100_3113.jpg)
This is reported to be the 3rd longest suspension bridge in the world - 26,372 feet. It connects the upper and lower Michigan peninsulas.

Navajo Bridge
(https://www.christianphotographers.com/community/d/12275-3/IMG_1865+_2014_11_30+14_43_37+UTC_-1.jpg)
This bridge was built in 1927. It connects the north and south rims of the Grand Canyon. It is only for foot traffic now. They have built another bridge for vehicle traffic. To me the bridges look like twin bridges.
