Title: Honoring God/Honoring my wife on Vanity License Plate
Post by: PrmseKpr on August 19, 2008, 09:33:25 AM
In Virginia, it only costs $10 per year to get a Vanity Plate, so many drivers have one, instead of a boring state issued plate.

My previous car was a Ford Focus and the plate said "ONGOD" Get it? "Focus On God"  The word "Focus" was to the left of the license plate. :)

Anyway, I now have a new car (a Honda Civic) and I am trying to think of what to put on the plate.  I've always wanted to put something honoring my wife on the plate.  I have a limit of 7 characters (there can be a space or hyphen and that would make it 8 characters).

Here are a few that I have been kicking around (both honoring God or honoring my wife):

BARUCH - means Blessing in Hebrew, but this one is already taken.
BLESSED - Already taken
BLE55ED - Already taken
BASHERT (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bashert) - A Yiddish word that basically means, intended or destined.  Most Jews use the word to describe there intended spouse.  Jews believe that Bashert is that God has chosen your spouse for you before you were even born.  Jews also say "If it was meant to be, then it was meant to be! - Bashert!"

I also thought of:

ILV KMCJ - I love K Mc J (kind of an inside nickname from where we used to live, no one where we currently live knows about this nickname)

A few variations:

LUV KMCJ
ILUV KRJ (her initials)
NLV-W-KRJ (In love with KRJ)

I 0 KMCJ (thats a zero.  Zero = love in Tennis, but I doubt anyone would get that and they would think it says "I OWE KMCJ"

Any suggestions/ideas?

Thank you :)
Neal
