Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Hi, y'all! I need some help.

I publish a monthly email newsletter, geared to photographers and writers - of all experience levels. One of the sections of the newsletter is a Q&A section - usually with one question for each. I need some questions - and eventually their answers. If I can't find the answers myself, I turn to professionals to get them.

Do any of you have questions you think would work for this column? Last month, we had questions about resources for writers, so I provided a list of books and websites. For the photographers, we had a question about SLRs so I contacted the Digital Photography School, and linked to one of their articles for the answer.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks so much!

Blessings,
Tracy

These days it turns out that writers don't contact publishers directly.  They use an agent.  You might look at Writer's Edge.  The question might be, "How do I get published?"

Thanks, Al! Does anyone else have any questions? What about a photography question - is there a question you've wanted to ask, but didn't know how to find the answer? Or is there a specific question that people ask YOU about photography that our readers might want to know?

Thanks for your help. The newsletter will go out later today!

Blessings,
Tracy

How about a question something like:

What does "DOF" mean?

or

When folks say that a photo should generally follow the rule of thirds, what does this mean?

Well, I got carried away answering Al's suggested question of "How Do I Get Published" and ran out of room. I'll save both these questions for next time though!

Thanks so much!!
