Days Of Elijah
Written by Robin Mark
A D
These are the days of Elijah
A E A
Declaring the Word of the Lord
D
And these are the days of Your servant Moses
A E A
Righteousness being restored
C#m F#m
And though these are days of great trials
D E
Of famine and darkness and sword
A D
Still we are the voice in the desert crying
A E A
"Prepare ye the way of the Lord"
(chorus)
Esus E A D
Behold He comes riding on the clouds
A E
Shining like the sun at the trumpet call
Esus E A D
So lift your voice it's the year of Jubilee
A E A
And out of Zion's hill salvation comes
A D
And these are the days of Ezekiel
A E A
The dry bones becoming as flesh
D
And these are the days of Your servant David
A E A
Rebuilding a temple of praise
C#m F#m
And these are the days of the harvest
D E
The fields are white in the world
A D
And we are Your laborers in your vineyard
A E A
Declaring the Word of the Lord
(bridge)
A G D A
Who was and Who is and Who is to come

Who was and Who is and Who is to come

I really like this song, Marilyn. At the church we used to go to, we learned it. It took a while, but everyone seemed to enjoy it eventually !! :P
I really like the chorus.
:-[ Ms Marilyn,
I have no idea what are these letters in the song?A E D E F#m C#m
Why are they in this? What do they mean? :-\
Those are the Guitar chords for the guitar player to read. It is like the notes of a chord on written music abbreviated using just the letters instead of writing out the music. Like a shortcut.
This is an awesome song. One weekend after my parents church hired on their new associate pastor, we sang this song during the morning worship time. This is one of my mom's favorites, and her 8 yr old calls the Christian radio station every Saturday during the request time, and requests it for her.
Thanks for posting the chords.

Right Heather It is an AWESOME song. I just love it too. Have you heard Judy Jacobs sing it. What an awesome voice she has. She is the one who recorded it I think. ;D
I really like this song Marilyn. My sister plays it on her guitar! Thanks for posting the chords with it too! Jen.
