good dof here. Is that clover?
Nah, that's not clover. :)
Bachelor button. Trying out a Phoenix 100 mm macro lens. Manual focus only. It's very cheaply built, but has rave reviews for sharpness. The general idea is a really good optic for people who don't do a lot of macro, but want good results when they do it.
Nice one! I like the DOF, too.
This really is excellent! The full impact of it can't be appreciated until you open the link. NICE!
That's super!

Optically, they sure seem to have accomplished their goal. Nothing wrong with manual focus. Does i9t also focus to infinity?
Fantastic DOF!
Yes, it's a pretty good short telephoto as well.
I've since read several comments on other forums about some of these Phoenix lens. They are developing
a pretty good reputation with quality vs price comparisons. At any rate you seem to have made a good choice. I look forward to seeing more shots with it.
