mybcjazz inspired me to go out and try taking some of my own butterfly photos.

taken with my fuji finepix 8000fd in telephoto mode!

The first butterfly the wings look translucent!  Well done,

Nice shots!  I haven't attempted bugs yet.  Been sidetracked by a lot of other stuff.  :uglystupid:

I skipped this one at first, because I think of cabbage whites as dull.   Up close they sure aren't dull.   Very sharp and contrasty.
