Got some shots of hoarfrost on a cyprus this morning.

It does look pretty cold, Gary. Around here, when the evergreens all get that kind of frost it means there's a storm on the way.

Jeanne here it doesn't necessarily mean a storm. Often it means a good day ahead... I guess it is the differences in the areas where we live. Usually we know the evening before if there is going to be hoar frost bu the fog in the air. At our dam we get the hoar frost where there is none anywhere else. Of course the dam puts moisture in the air.
