I had to lie down on the ground for this shot. I took it up on the Snake River Plateau in Idaho. The sky and sunset weren't quite ready for me to shoot it so I saw this bug and decided to see what I could capture.
He kept putting this one leg out and back in like he was doing exercises. Too funny! I just love the way nature repeats itself. It's legs look so much like the limbs of the bush it is on. Cool, hu?

Pretty neat, Kathleen ... You do have an eye for the unusual.
Genesis 1:25 tells us that God even made the things that creepeth upon the earth, Excellent photo, I agree with Marilyn, you do have a gift for seeing things most of us do not!
Great work....

Hey Larry...
We don't mind what you call us as long as you don't call us late for supper! ;)
Not a problem, Larry .... What Pat said. :D
Thanks for your humbling words about my ability. Do you think it takes unusual to see unusual? Guess that means I'm probably unusual, hu?
Not at all,
God use's those things that the world calls foolish to be wise, and those that believe they are wise are actually foolish......You have a gift from God, sister be humbled yes but it is a gift....
