from September '09, near our home.  Love the "eye" designed into the wings of these beautiful creations...

They are beautiful butterflies.  That "eye" is protection from birds and such.

I am enjoying your photos... They are beautiful.

Beautiful!  So close and clear and such bright color in the flower.  :D
