I'm not sure what this is but I broke out my macros lens and tripod for flowers and this little critter landed and seemed content sitting there when I noticed him...

Good catch.  He must be really tiny to show so clearly in a macro shot.

I think this little guy is a small version of the deer fly.   I like this picture because I can't do this with any camera that I use so I like this picture.
