Norty,  did you intend for the first one to be blurred?  And this time the water drops look icy.   ;)

A hint - an extra space between the photos will show them to better advantage.

Well done!  Yes that first one does look a little blurred.

Perhaps the first one could have been improved by focusing on the Front of the leaf and allowing the focus to drop off to the back of the picture rather than as you have taken it with the rear being in focus

Sorry, I'm not the one to help with technical advice.  All I can do is admire your ability.  But there are others, like gazzab who posted just above, who can help.   ;)
