I am trying to stay awake.  Too much partying today with Don's birthday and a brunch for my quilt group.  It is nice to read all the Christmas cards but at the same time it is such a waste of money for stamps and the cards.  We do love to stay in touch and hear from everyone and they are worth it, for sure.

Etta Sue:  Thank you for the recipe.  It sounds like something to make one of these chilly days and today the temperature is really dropping - we should see snow here for sure.

Our sons are in the mountains, they are craving the snow that is falling.  They were raised in Minnesota and glory in the snow - the hardest part of their young lives was when we were transferred to Dallas, Texas and all they could lament about was the fact that the young ones their age didn't play outside enough.
