Title: Creamy Rice /Apple Pudding

Creamy Rice/Apple Pudding


1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup fat free or low fat vanilla yogurt
½ tsp. cinnamon

 
Combine and serve. Serves 6

For a different treat, add: raisins or dried
cranberries, chopped nuts, chopped apples,
or 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, YUM!
