Microwave Chocolate Cake (7 minutes on 700w)
Group 1:
45ml 3tbsp butter
45ml 3tbsp cocoa
250ml 1cup boiling water
Group 2:
250ml 1cup flour
10ml baking powder
pinch of salt
Group 3:
250ml 1cup sugar
5ml 1tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1. Mix group 1 together and let the butter melt.
2. Mix group 2 together in a seperate bowl.
3. Add group 3 to group 2.
4. Add group 1 to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour out into baking dish and microwave for 7minutes on high.
6. Flip it out to cool a bit. Decorate and enjoy !!
Variation:
Leave out the cocoa to make a basic white cake. Spread with
marmite and melt over some cheese. Serve as a savoury treat.
Experiment with the white cake and try new ideas. Enjoy !!
