Lemon Meringue Pie
Yolks of two eggs
One can condensed (not evaporated!) milk
Juice of two lemons
Grated rind of one lemon
Mix well together and put into ready-made graham cracker crust.
Beat until stiff the whites from the two eggs, gradually adding four tablespoons of sugar, and spead on top of pie. Brown lightly in oven.
Chill and serve.
yum I always loved lemon merangue Pie Wow I might make a lot of these recipes when I feel better.

My eldest grandson Phillip is training to be a chef.... He made one at college a couple of weeks ago.....Mmmnn....Lovely!
When you feel well you must eat plenty of good foods so that you have some reserves for the viruses when they come...O.K? ::)

However, I have an allergy to Dairy Products & my body will not diegest it properly. And that is how I end up with extra baggage. LOL
