Along side the road the trailer park is on is this tree which has intrigued me for quite some time. Unfortunately there is no place along the road where it would be safe to stop and take a picture.
So the other day I pulled the camera out and as I neared the tree just aimed in the general direction. This, with just a tiny bit of help from Paint Shop Pro, is the result.

Well done Jeanne.
It is interesting how people view trees. I look at trees as a possible source of heat in the winter. Others for the beauty in them.. Neither is wrong. But seeing the beauty in them like this I do believe is far better!
Judy, I was surprised when I got home and checked it out on the computer. It was just slightly tilted and only needed to be straightened and cropped.
I had the camera on Auto and anti-shake, and just lucked out. ;D
Beautiful tree Jeanne. Good job.
I view trees as a gift from God. They are all different. They are all beautiful. They are all different sizes.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Christa. :)
I like the way you balanced three elements in the picture. The diagonal is what makes it work, though. And the pastel-like processing was very good.
Nice work.
Barbarian, you give me too much credit! :) I'm glad you like the way the picture turned out, but believe me it was entirely by accident, not because I knew what I was doing! ;D
Hi Jeanne-
You did a nice job getting this while moving...and the treatment you gave, good job!...trees are intriguing, if they only can talk I bet they would have a story to tell...
I'm glad to see you posting pics...Keep'em coming... :) ;)
Jeanne,
Some people just say "it looks right" and it is.
Some of us have to stop and consider things like that. Lucky you.
That tree reminds me of God and how He works with things.
Good work!!!!
Aw, gee! Thanks!
