A lonely autumn leaf
Jenny...the art of survival...You have captured that photo so well, it has more meaning all by itself, it has that bit of mystery...and your colours work well together...
Wow, you said that so well, Jacqueline! Thank you for your comment! "The art of survival" is the perfect caption. How did your Bible reading go yesterday?
Thank you Jenny for asking, it went well, word perfect...My church even surprised me yesterday when i got a phone-call at home asking if i was going to be in as a female church member was coming to my home to give me something which when she arrived just a few minutes later she arrived at my doorstep with a beautiful and large potted flowers arrangement, i will post a photo on here if i can manage to do it...the card that came with it, and what she said was that " i read it beautifully " i truly thanked her and told her i was not expecting that..I had invited her in and we chatted for a little while...
...I am so blessed that God brought me to this church...
Jackie..
Jenny, glad to have offered you a caption.. :)
I'm so glad it went well for you. I was thought of it again this past weekend and was going to ask you again, but then this morning I noticed a reply on this post. Do you like flowers? Potted flower gifts are the best because then you can plant them outdoors watch them expand. I always tell my kids that if they're going to get me flowers, get potted ones so I can be blessed by them for a longer time than cut flowers. There's nothing sweeter than a good church family. I'm really glad they have stepped in to help take the place of the ones you lost. What portion of scripture did you read?

Jackie..
My hubby loved flowers, he loved potting them up and, hanging baskets we always had outside our front door - side driveway and back doors...I too love flowers but i am more a tree and greenery lover...There is something magical about our majestic trees...
Hello Jacqueline! I love trees as well. When I was young I used to wish I could live in a tree. Have you ever seen those really fancy tree homes people build these days? That would be really wonderful - at least until the heavy winds start blowing. LOL! Flowers are lovely too, but they have to be the right kind for me - dainty and colorful.
So your husband enjoyed gardening I'm guessing?
Jenny, no, he wasn't a gardener, just enjoyed flowers..
