Beautiful! Great shots Gary
Oh, how beautiful!
Now, those are lovely, Gary. Thanks for sharing. I love roses!!!
Thanks, everyone. I was, more or less, testing the HS-20 with a still life. I think it works quite well. It will be even better once I get the remote shutter release. ^-^

I got to surf over to B&H to check up on that camera. It looks like it is doing a great job for you.

http://goo.gl/TmTQL While I really like my E-620, my bridge camera has become my "headed out the door" camera. As I've told folks on many occasions, if I were allowed to have only one camera and had to choose between my E-620 and my HS-20, it would be the HS-20. It's just so much more versatile without all the baggage. I will allow that the IQ can't compare to a DSLR but it's good enough for me. BTW, the IQ *has* fooled quite a few photogs to the point where they had to ask. :)
OK now the big question is.......did you cut this wonderful rose out of your garden.......or did you buy it!
It is beautiful!

Oh, my roses aren't in bloom yet, Judy. This one is store-bought as an anniversary gift to my wife. 29 YEARS!
Congratulations Gary. It is beautiful.
