Lovely photo! I like the Texas bluebonnets. We don't have anything like that up here in Canada.
The bee is nice to see in this year that there's a mysterious shortage.
Thanks Pat! I keep hering about the bee shortage but I saw lots of them this year? Go figure!?
I've seen them as well but it's a known fact around this area that 80% of the apiaries didn't over winter and even in the warmer climates they didn't as well.
My father was a beekeeper and my husband and I were as well (until he became allergic to them) and so as a result, I love to see the pictures of bees.
These are absolutely beautiful.
I too particulatly like the bee ones as well. We live in Northern Ontario, and we still have lots of bumble bees, and I have seen quite a gew honey bees as well.
Keep the pictures coming, you have a great eye!
Lovely shots
There's a serious problem with bees. There's a parasitic mite that kills off hives, but apparently, that's only part of the problem. No one knows for sure what's happening.
But it's a very big problem for agriculture; many crops depend on bees for pollenation.
I'd sure love to see more bee photos. Love them so much
So far here in the north we are ok with the bees. The big honey producer seems to be doing well, as a result so are the farmers.
Yes I too would love to see more bee pictures!
