Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Well there's one good thing in the daffodils favour, at least they're not triffids, yes these heralds of spring are back billions of em, blighting both town and countryside alike, blighting the lives of innocent citizens, putting people off butter for life. With names like yellow weeds, and yellow fever they take over every patch of greenery they can.
When I see daffodils I realise the Bible got it wrong on at least two occasions. When Adam was put outside the garden, Genesis 3: 18 should have read, "Both thorns and daffodils it shall bring forth for you." Then in Exodus, had there been a plague of daffodils there would have been no need for the other ten. Pharoe would have woke one morning, seen the yellow blight upon the land of Egypt, and immediately decided to go with the Children of Israel, and instead of the Book of Exodus, we would have had the Book of evacuation.

Yep they are, nice to see bobbing about in the clear light of spring, as here in the lee of a tree, its a pity we haven't got some of that lakeland landscape to go with it, in places though there is an overabundance of daffodils, which gets a little bit monotonous to see continually, what would be nice, imagine if cherry blossom appeared at the same time as the daffs, now that would be spectacular. I must admit, I find daffodils very hard to photograph, as I can never seem to get the exposure right, this is an exception to the rule.
