Lovely shots, well-exposed and thoughfully composed.

What are those little orange flowers?   They are beautiful.   I've never seen those before.

The name we have always called them is Indian's Paintbrush.  If that is wrong......then I don't know.

Interesting.   This is what we call "Indian Paintbrush" in Texas:

I see the connection.  I wonder if settlers didn't just give that name to whatever bright colored flower was in that area.

Yep.  Several different flowers, including yours, have been so called.
