Looks like zinnia to me, too. But then I'm no horticulturist. ;)
Whether zinnia or not I cannot be certain, but it can certainly be known as God's flower, and it's beauty bespeaks His glorious character as the great Artist.

Mrs. Barbarian buys plants that look on their last legs, and then nurses them back to health. Her flower bed, encouraged by lots of rain and mild temperatures, is staging one last show of color for the year.
Yes it is a zinnia.
Buying the ones that don't look the best and nurturing them back to good health is a good way of honing her skills.
