Title: Niagara III Continuous Ink Flow System
Post by: plamlam on December 28, 2005, 02:39:58 PM
Hi, I recently purchased a used Epson 2200...

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this bulk ink system and how well its inks compare to Epson's Ultrachrome inks?  I'm looking for a way to save $$$ here  ;)

Later on I think I might modify the epson to become a piezo but that's only when I have the money for a R2400  ;D

I used it for about 18 months on my Epson 2000P. The inks don't dry on glossy paper. Eventually it messed up my printer and I had to get another one (R1800) I will stick with original inks. If you use a continous flow system the savings can be great, but you have to keep the ink flowing.
