I came across an ad in Outdoor Photography that looked interesting.
It advertized a site where you could create your own Trip Diary, including maps and even satelite photos you can mark to show where you have been.

I checked it out, and it's like a creating your own trip blog. You can make notes on each photo, and you can even upload videos!
You have to regester, but it looks like a fun site.
