My father-in-law has the most fantastic tripod I have seen...it is collapsable (as most are) but the beauty is it collapses into about an 8" long, perhaps 4" round leather case which is simply perfect for me as I often go on nature walks and it fits perfectly in my fanny pack.  Yes, I have a fanny pack. ;)

Only problem is, I haven't seen another one anywhere online or off.  Has anyone seen something like this for sale?

That's a typo  ;D  My fat paws on the keyboard 'ya know.
it should be "camera tripod" It's fixed now.

You will all  notice some odd letters in some of our posts from before Saturday as we had our forum software upgraded.
