Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

I was wondering if there were any projects you have wanted to do but have never been able to do.
Right now I have one in mind, but I don't know if I will ever get to it.
I work the midnight shift, and have done so for the better part of 30 years.
What I would like to do is spend a year photgraphing things at night in the "natural"
lighting you find at night ie; streetlamps and the like. There's something about the sodium and mercury vapor lights that does funny things to ordinary things like flowers and trees.
This is especially true in winter with the snow, and spring with flowers.

As a student planning on going into visual media as a career these are kind of my "dream jobs," Lord willing of course  :).

1) Become a staff photographer for National Geographic
or
2) Become a staff photographer for the White House.

But, currently I'd like to do more people shots in their environment.

Id love to do cityscapes and have them published on calendars!

G'day,

I have just started working on a project that will be quite involved in terms of Bible study and photographic study...I'm still in the process of working out the details/purpose of the book, but i'm hoping to come up with a detailed plan in the next couple of weeks, and then go out and get the pictures, and spend good quality time studying the Bible and other resources.

I'm visiting my family and some friends back in my 'home town' here in Australia in a couple of weeks, and I'm hoping to have a bit done byt then  so they can run their eyes over it and give my some feed back.

If any of you guys want to offer to help, then it would be awesome if you send me a personal message and we'll discuss the project and that sorta thing further.

If anyone wants any feedback etc. for any projects they're working on or want to work on, just ask!

Aaron =)
