Yesterday morning, I took Bagel for a walk down by the pond.    As we went down, a squirrel bolted from a bush and as it ran, a bird (too far to identify it) swooped down on the squirrel.    Either the bird hit it, or it tumbled to avoid the bird, and the bird flew off.

The squirrel dashed up a tree into the safety of the dense branches.   As we went by, it was chattering a mile a minute.    Probably a good thing I don't understand squirrel-speak.
