You can't get more trustworthy than this I think! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, photographing it. It is a Grey Fantail taken at my bird bath when I was sitting 1 meter away!

Isn't he adorable.  He obviously knows you and know you won't hurt him.  Yes that is trust.  The safest place to be and conversly the most dangerous place to be!!

Wow, how cool is that! We've been getting dark-eyed juncos in our yard for such a long time; I think they're getting really used to me. Now it is much easier to get good pictures of them, standing just a few feet away!

ohhh he/she is fluffy and scruffly and cute...I've never seen a grey fantail, I'll have to see if they're around here. Don't you just love it when they come in close while your there??? Are they regulars?

He looks perfectly confident, but also it looks as though it's cold and he's all fluffed out to keep warm.  Maybe he's debating whether it's worth getting further chilled by taking a bath.   ;)
