It was snowing today. [attachimg=#] There is snow in the distant mountains.  Winter is coming.  But I still caught a hawk against blue sky, between snow flurries.

Ohhh Heis beautiful. 

I saw a hawk sitting on a telephone line today but to get a picture of it I would have had to stand on the car......he would have flown!!!

I like how the sun is shining through his tail feathers. And that's a great close up, too. It's quite difficult to get them that close without any blur.
