We are experiencing many of the same issues. My prayers are with both Beth and Larry's wife.

I am still praying Janet. I just wanted to let you know that I have not stopped nor have I forgotten Beth.

Thank you all so much.  Dealing with these things is so frustrating, time consuming and stressful.  But we will persevere!

Janet - Not much I can add, except, when i write to agencies about anything like this., I always make sure I register the mail.

I'm praying for you and Beth in this regard.

I appreciate the concern for Pat but her situation is nothing compared to that faced  by Beth and perhaps your sons, Ruth Ann.  Fortunately we are not dependent upon her Social Security, although it helps out.  Getting disability would only mean about $100 a month more than she gets in SS now.  It was the lady at the SS office when she applied for her regular SS who later called her and told her she should apply.  

Father, we're still looking to You to take care of Beth's needs and to move SS to act appropriately.

We took Beth back to Amarillo yesterday.  Dr. Usala still is very concerned that she may have thyroid cancer.  He also thinks the nodules of the Neurofibromatosis is secreting a substance that is causing her to have almost constant diarrhea.  This has been going on for nearly three years now.  They did more blood tests and another scan of her thyroid, and made an appointment with a GI Dr. for a colonoscopy.

We plan to take her to Texas for those alternative treatments the second week of March.

She has a lawyer now, who should be able to expedite her disability claim with SS.  At least we are praying that will be the case.  Her gait is much worse now; she can barely get around.  Yesterday, she fell again.  She walked very slowly, holding onto her cane with one hand and my shoulder with the other hand.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep praying for Beth.

Janet, I will lift up Beth and all the problems that I have been reading about to our Father.   Problems with the thyroid, with the SS, and her balance.  I am so sorry you are going through this terrible time.  God Is Able and we will put it all in His hands.  Praise Him.

Beth's name is right here bewfore me every time I come to the computer and I will be praying for this situation to be eased in all respects.  You are all going through the "valley" but our LORD is there with you as all of us will be praying with you.

Beth took another hard fall yesterday morning, struck her head reall hard.

Please God, help Beth to deal with all these problems.  Please move on everyone connected to the SS Disability claim and expedite it so that she will have some income.  Please give the doctors wisdom from above in dealing with her medical situation.  Give us strength and patience, in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord Jesus,

You did it for me..do it for Beth I pray.  Please Lord, overturn it, overturn it...

You fight all our battles for us..

Lord God I pray to you this morning for Beth. Father I ask that her equilibrium will be stabalized, sothat she is able to balance and stay on her feet with out falling. iIf there are any of the  NFM nodules hindering her balance I pray that you will remove them. In Jesus Name Amen

Just a word to clarify.....Beth cannot feel her feet, that is the reason she falls.  They told us the NF nodules that are growing inside her spinal column are putting pressure on her spinal cord, and that is the reason for the numbness she is experiencing in her feet and lower legs.

The alternative doctor has a combination of herbs which he thinks may shrink the nodules.  I pray so.  Her appointment there is March 8-12.  They will do blood work and IVs and I don't know what else.

Janet, so sorry to hear that Beth has had another bad fall.  It seems worry upon worry is heaped upon your child.  I continue to pray for her each day and for you and Darrell.

Janet, Gene and I continue to hold all of you before the Throne of Grace.

Oh Janet.  I am so sorry that Beth has to go through all this.  I am so glad she has you and Darrell for support, and also for John!

Is Texas quite a distance from you?  Is this a specialized facility she is going to?

Judy, Texas isn't all that far, but Texas is one BIG state!  The facility we have to take her to is 500 miles away, so that's a thousand mile trip.  But if it will help, it's well worth all the time and expense involved.  (The Texas state line is only about 63 miles south of us.)

Oh Father, You know our hearts.  Amen to Jernny's prayer.

As you are aware, Janet, I pray for our Beth several times a day.  She is very special to me.

Janet I have not nor will I stop praying!

Lord Jesus,

I ask again this morning for Beth.  
Please undertake for her with the authority concerned., give her justice in this matter of an allowance please Lord.

Oh Jesus when this is sorted, then she and Janet will have peace of mind and peace of mind brings healing of body.

Lord I pray for healing of Body and mind for Beth...I know her spirit is towards You Lord.

Today I pray for a miracle 'Today' for Beth.

I ask in faith in Your precious Name....Jesus.

We think we have all the paperwork in to SS now for Beth's claim.  At least I hope so!  I am thanking God for Charlotte and her willingness to intervene for us, and praying for a  speedy resolution.

She told my friend at first that she didn't think they could help Beth.  When Carol Ann asked why, she said because of Beth's age, but when Carol explained how bad Beth is, she reconsidered.  Carol Ann told me today she knows the reason she met Charlotte in the first place was so that she could be a part of the solution.

God is so good!  Continue praying, please.
