Just got home from the Big Horn Mountains.  We had a great time.

I need to get to bed early so I can get up early to take the pastors wife to the club with me.  She is going to try step arobics with me. I would love to have a partner for that class.

I read about the folks with illnesses and will be praying for them tonight.

hello everyone, been a busy week (practicing for state then going to state) i placed 10th in the discus. not bad coulda done better if i hadn't of thrown out my shoulder.oh well i still got next year! well i need to be getting to bed ttyl
