Papa John, I too offer my sympathies and prayers for your families.

TBear, thank you for the early birthday wish.

I too have a T.E.N.S. machine in the house and at my last Chiropractic visit was given the authorization to use it when my back gets very bad.  I think I will take it with me on my next visit to have him show me exactly how to use it for me.

Snow Snow Snow means Shovel Shovel Shovel and not good news for those of us with Health issues.  Please be careful everyone!  I do think that we may have a "White Christmas" if this continues though.  It'll be the first in a couple of years I think.  Now if only it would start to melt on Boxing Day.. ;D

Hello to everyone else, and I am saying GoodNight to everyone.  The morning and a new WorkWeek will be here soon enough.
