Here is Clingmans Dome and some pictures taken from it. Clingmans Dome is the highest point in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Beautiful pictures. I have driven through the Smokeys, it is a wonderful area!

Great pictures. If you did manage to get me up to that observation platform you wouldn't get me to the railing! Good thing for me not everyone feels about heights as I do, so I can see other folks' photographs. :thumbsup:

Thanks Jeanne, I don't like heights that much either. I do better by looking out and not straight down.
It seems to be a thing that gets worse as we get older. I don't mind heights as long as those heights are attached to the ground!!! John is the same as you Jeanne.
(I can't see the photos. Is it just me?)
