Title: How do I post images?

I am trying to post the two aerial shots of Kauai i uploaded earlier.

And I cannot figure it out - can I post images from my albums? If so, how? I assume I can get a flickr URL and use that to post as welll?

Sorry for the noob questions.

With Flickr, it's very easy. Just pick a size about 800 pixels in the longest side, and then right click on it to get the information. Highlight and copy the file name.

Then when you come here, click on the little icon showing a picture, and paste your info between the two img tags.
