I am new to this forum - there's a bit of info about me in the introduce yourself forum - when I first became a professional photographer I specialised in photographing the Middle East and the Arab world in particular. I thought I'd share a couple of images from my travels.

This is the temple of Baal-Shamin, in Palmyra, Syria. Sadly this wonderful temple has now been destroyed by ISIS.

This is the monument to Moses on top of Mount Nebo, in Jordan. Mt Nebo is where it is believed Moses died.

Probably one of the most well known sites in the Middle East, this is the Treasury in Petra, Jordan.
