Over my back fence a huge tree taken down.

Marilyn - thats terrible what they did to your shed. Did they damage your appliances? I sure hope not!

AMEN to the house

No damage to appliances they were supposed to make sure it was all covered before the left. Notice I said Supposed to. Ha they did nothing about it.

It looks like you have a great deal of damage, My suggestion is get a lot of photographs and hopefully you have some before the damage and get a lawyer. They have already reneged on a verbal agreement with you which makes me think they are not trustworthy. If I were you I would find some legal help. There's a possibility that the structural damage to your building is so significant that it will have to be torn down and replaced and they may not be willing to do that without litigation. :'(

Marilyn, it makes me want to cry :'( seeing tress taken down! But remember, I live in SW Kansas where it takes many years to grow a tree.

How much longer are they giving you before you have to be out of the trailer?

(Logar, Marily only rents there, she doesn't own the shed. Not to say they shouldn't have been more careful, and covered her appliances before they left.)

The 5 acres behind me was sold and they are supposed to be building 25 houses there. My landlord has been planning for a long to to build on this property possibley 3 rental houses, he said he may sell the 2 two bedrooms to because of the high interest he is paying. He might be building more thatn that. I had heard 8 houses. I knew before I moved up here that was his plan and I would only be here a short time. It got postponed last year so I got another year here now that years is almost up.
