I really like the drastic darkness of the lighthouse compared to the background.
Not sure about the yellow overlay, but I like the composition. It's clean and divided well into the frame. The lines formed by the out of focus background trees make it more powerful.
That's pretty much the color it was. It was toward the end of the day, and there was considerable haze.
I adjusted the curves, but not the color balance.
Wow...I wouldn't have thought that. I assumed you used a yellow grad or some post processing. That's cool!
Oh, I really think that this is cool as well, Barbarian.
The contrast in this photo really makes it much more dramatic.
I love lighthouses anyway, but this is a wonderful shot.
