Title: Rossendale Valley From The Duke of Wellington Pub

Looking out across the the valley down into Rossendale, the town is Haslingden. Haslingden gets its name from a myth of two giants who used to meet on Haslingden Grane to give each other a good drubbing. Hence you get Hasling's den, and Hoddel's den. Good view though.

Wonderful picture....Reminds me of times oI have been the other side of the pond.
