What a stunning image!  Love the angle of it and the colours are glorious! 

Did you have wet feet?  ;)

Yes I agree with Pat it is beautiful.  You must have had wet feet!  Did yo use a filter at all!

Very, very close to getting my feet wet but did not. 

Shot was taken with my tri-pod mounted 40D with a 3 stop  Graduated Neutral Density Filter.

Great shot, It looks like the ocean is frozen. Must have been a still day.

Ocean was frozen with those three extra stops from the GND, 1 stop from the circular polarizer = 30 second plus exposure. ;)

Going to say, long exposure as it allows movement causing water to appear misty. The tones and structure of the wooden jetty are very attractive.
