Been a day of mixed blessings, went for my dressings being changed, then hopped on the Rawtenstall bus, then from Rawtenstall I went over to Burnley where I got off at an area of town called the weavers triangle, here there is a concert hall called the mechanics hall, where they do a lot of concerts of different kinds, the town hall is up there, and the Leeds Liverpool canal runs through, when the light is right it is a wonderful place to photograph, so this is my sole shot more or less of the day.

You must hace a bus pass to be able to take all these trips.
Again I love the history lessons.
I can't get over how close those homes are to the canal. Is there ever flooding?
I am amazed also at how close the water is to the buildings. The water must be pretty stable here.
I like it Summicron, it's a place I would have never seen without your help.
Don
Summicron, you take me on such wonderful armchair journeys!
AMEN Jeanne!
You captured the perfect light as it was falling on the buildings! I like their "highway" of water!
