Egg and Toast Onesy
1 slice Bread
1 egg
1 teas. Butter
Melt butter in skillet, cut hole in center of bread with a cookie cutter or glass, place bread in hot skillet crack egg into the hole. Place the "hole" of the bread in the pan to one side. Turn egg and bread to other side when first side is done. Flip "hole" over too. When egg is cooked to your liking remove from pan.
My kids always loved this sometimes I would fry bacon first and put it under the bread and the kids called it "Hidden Bacon and eggs"
P.S. I forgot to tell you that laying a piece of cheese over the top makes this extra yummy.

Now this could be done tonight. I have all the ingredients...all THREE of them in the kitchen! Even bacon in the freezer!
I knew you would like this one Jetta. Especially for you LESS than 5 ingredients. :P ;D :o
.lol

What a fun way of making eggs! I bet the kids liked it!
This is similar to "Toad in the Hole" that we used to eat in Northern Ireland.
Pat: Actually I didn't know what to call it. Toad in the Hole is fine with me. I have even fixed this for adults who had never seen it and they loved it too, My Ex would ask me to make it and he would eat four at a time.

Didn't fix this last night...Jerry opted for popcorn!!! That is super easy even when you fix it the old-fashioned way with oil and corn in a pan on the stove.
This is just too cute. You could "cut" Micky Mouse ears, easter eggs, hearts, whatever and have a neat holiday breakfast treat.
Serve it with chocolate gravy, and woohoo!!!!! ;D
You nut! ::) ::) ::) ;D ;) :-* :-*
I forgot about this recipe. I could have made it for Etta Sue last evening. I did feed her bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast. Maybe next time!
Love reading all the recipes in here., problem is, though, it makes me really really hungry; and here it is almost midnight....too late to start eating! :(
Love these easy, and less than five ingredients!! LOL

We used to have this as kids, but it will be my lunch today.
Did you enjoy your lunch, Ruth? (https://www.christianphotographers.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fsmilies.sofrayt.com%2F%255E%2Fu%2Fchef.gif&hash=61147bd90beff572d3c656c13631cb0a53bd3681)
Pat:
Yes I did.

My daughter found this recipe a while back in a kids book, called sunshine toast there, and loves to make it.
I'm not big on eggs, but on occasion it might be ok to make it with a more adult style. Like adding garlic to the butter and topping it with salsa.
