Title: Tangy BBQ Baked Beans

Tangy BBQ Baked Beans

1/2 Cup catsup
3/4 Cup tangy BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup water
3 tbls. Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbls. honey
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans drained and
         rinsed
salt to taste

Mix the catsup, BBQ sauce, water, worchestershire sauce, honey and mustard together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the beans and salt to taste. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour.

I love baked beans and since my Mom always used pinto or Great Northern beans for baked beans, I do too!  Pork 'n' Beans doesn't do it for me.  

I certainly will try this one.  Thanks for posting it, Marilyn!

I am assuming you bake it at 350°.   ::)

What is "Catsup".......sounds like something the cat brought in!
