Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 1/2 cups Special K cereal
Bring syrup and sugar to a boil, stir in peanut butter. Add Special K cereal. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
I have also used other "flake" cereals. These are really moist and chewy. And NO baking, Anthony!
I guess these are also cuppa, cuppa, cuppa cookies, with the cereal added! ;
