I've been a member here a few months but i have never got around to introducing myself and for that i apologise. As you can probably tell, my name is Neil. I live in the South of England, just 30 miles north of our capital London. I'm 44 years young and have been married to the most wonderful lady for 21 glorious years. We have two children, a girl who is now 18 and who will be leaving the roost shortly and going off to University for at least 3 years and a son who is 14 and still attends high school. Oh and i forgot to mention, i have a black Labrador Retriever called Long Plant Toby, but shortened to Toby.
I have been looking around this forum for a number of months and really like what i see and you all seem so friendly and i look forward to getting to know you all.
Neil
No apologies necessary. It's so good to see your post now.
A great big :welcome: to you from across the pond in Canada. But I love England so much. I've hiked so much of it along with my late husband, Jack over the years.
So, pull up a chair and make yourself right at home here at
:cp:
Welcom Nei I have been seeing your photos.
Gidday from 'Stralia' have seen some of your photos. i am only new here myself. Were you affected by the floods?
Hi Neil - I've just registered and I'm not a million miles away from you in Houghton Regis (Beds).
Neil and WS - it's great to have you Brits here! I guess we'd best get the old teakettle going.
Be sure and navigate in here to "Thoughts for the Week," as that's where we do most of our tea/coffee/chat.
Ohhh, Al, I'd love a cuppa!
