Christian Photographers Community

 :)  My husband who is called Barbarian on the net has been after me to join this group because he enjoys it so much and wants me to meet his friends.  We have been taking pictures together (Barbarian and I) for about two years since he gave me my first digital camera as a gift.  I enjoy digital photography because I can take as many pictures as I want--basically have as many tries as I want.  Also, it's all right if I try something and it doesn't work.  I also enjoy it because I can compose a picture and just be concerned with the composition at the time.  The other stuff--well if you take several of the same thing then at least one of the settings usually comes out right.  It's probably not a very technical of thinking  about it, but since this is a hobby, I don't want to have to put a lot of technical thought into it.  I just like to think about composition right now.  I do a lot of technical, detail at my regular job so I like to get away from  that on my off time.

Barbarian said all of you have a positive approach to evaluating others work.  I am looking forward to being a part of that.  I also like your Christian base because there is not enough kindness in the interactions between people and we need to foster more of that.
