I have into photography as a hobby for the past couple of years and have recently been making a little extra cash doing portraits and weddings. I still feel like a beginner, but the Lord has put a real love in my heart of the interaction with my clients. I pray each day that my work glorifies Him!
How I found this forum....
I have been looking for some photography forums to be a part of, but most of the allow nude photos. I think nude photos can be done tastefully, but when you have a couple of moderators deciding which ones are appropriate and which ones are not... then you have a problem. So, anyway... I Googled "Christian Photographers Forum" and here I am!
Welcome to Christian Photographers Jessie. We are so glad to have you join us here.
Come on over to the Thought for the Week forum and get to know all of us. That is where you will find the weekly devotional.
I am California on the Northern coast.
Welcome, Jessie! :hello: :welcome: :hello:
I'm glad you googled us and I happen to know you will enjoy meeting all the great folks who frequent this forum. :)
C'mon over to our "cyber coffee shop" (Thoughts for the Week ..." )and chat a while ... get acquainted before taking the tour of this place, okay?
Hey there, Marilyn ... Looks like we were here at the same time -- and said almost the same thing. ;)
Hi. I grew up just up the road from you in Fort Walton Beach. My parents still live in Mary Esther. Northwest Florida has some of the best beaches in the country (even though you can't beat the Oregon Coast for scenic beauty). Nice to have you here.
WELCOME JESSIE!!!! I'd just like to echo the other folks here - c'mon over to "thoughts for the week."
A great big :welcome: from me up here in Canada to you.
I'm so glad you googled the way you did.
Pull up a chair and make yourself right at home here at

I love Mary Esther.. it is so pretty there.
I have lived down here about 7 years now. My husband is from Chicago and I am from Atlanta. We came down here for a visit and he fell in love with the area, a couple of months later he found a job and we moved down.
