Details:   

• Show us your best photos of illustrating "CANDY" for this challenge.  Here is an opportunity to come up with some fascinating and creative pictures!    

• Use the attachment feature to show your photos (see directions above in the link to "How to Use This Board") in your post or link to them from your gallery or an offsite location that allows linking using the image codes.  If you have trouble, please contact a moderator (name in blue) or an administrator (name in red) and we'll help you post your photo.  If you have your photo in your gallery, please don't use the attachment feature as that puts the photo on our server twice but rather link to it.    

• Please upload up to 4 entries per member for this challenge.    

• The challenge is open now and will be locked to uploads on Saturday, July 15th, 2006 and then we'll vote on them.    

• Please put a title in your post for your photos.  We need the title for the poll.   

• Of course, we're going to see who is posting the photos so this is not an anonymous challenge.  So start posting.  Click on the "Reply" button below and start this challenge!

I can envision picts of little people with sticky hands and chocolate-covered faces for this challenge. ;)  No little people at our home, so I'll have to really get my thinking cap on for this one.

Drat Kevin, now I'll feel like I'm cheating since that was what I was going to do.  We don't usually have candy around here much but I was going to load the kids up on it, or at least make sure they got some on them.   ;D

I'm kinda "stuck" too, with just a dog, and no kids. Hmmmmm, maybe I can get my wife to pose like that....
Nah, I want to live.
And getting candy off a dog's fur is impossible, so that's out too.

Oh, why in the world did you post my most favourite candy in the world.  I could eat them forever!   :lol:  Sugar coated gums.  Oh, I might have to go out to 7-11 and buy a bag of them now.  :clobber: :ticked:

I guess I should have thought of some unique way to photograph my Butterfinger before I ate it. When I get my hands on a Butterfinger it goes right into my mouth. No time for photos.  :lol:

I can tell by ohenry's picture that this is going to be hard on me.  I don't mean in taking a picture but at looking at all of the CANDY!!  Mmmmmmmm...

Karma, I've been so good eating right, and have almost given up candy...almost.  Now, look what you've done.  Gum drops.  I LUV them.  :)

I would just like to say that it was difficult for me to stick with any ideas or get a good picture for this challenge because I KEPT EATING MY SUBJECT!!!  :D

I don't think I ever want to see another piece of candy for as long as I live...I am waving the white flag of surrender and submitting my two meager entries!  :idiot: :uglystupid:  :crazy:

There see...pets and candy CAN mix!  I had a friend who had a long haired dog and a son...that didn't work out terribly well.  The son got into a bag of tootsie pops around Halloween time, opened them, licked them, then stuck them on the dog.  The dog ended up getting a haircut.   :P

i don't remember ever having to think so hard about taking a picture. i've looked at the past challenges and can't believe all the amazing pictures, and this challenge too! all incredible. here's my input for the challenge, [and forgive me if i mess up adding them to the posts, as it is my first time]

Vec's covered almonds, Karmat's jelly bellies and junior mints.  I've never thought of chocolate as my favorite candy (unlike MOST women I know), but Karma's Ghirardelli actually made my mouth water! Truly.

haha, nope Candy is not in anyones dictionary for name calling-unless they are willing to get punched in the arm.  thanks for the compliments on the photos, i wanted to go for a different route then just plain old candy, granted the pictures of the candy here are so amazing, geez louise it makes me want to make the pictures real life!

Smokey, I love that photo!  We were there a few years ago, and I was so impressed by those buildings on the waterfront that I took several photos of them, and have really enjoyed them.

Looks like we have a tie that needs breaking.
