Hi to all,
My wonderful friends, John and Beth just told me about this site last night. We all met through the website for neurofibromatosis (NF). I also met my wonderful husband Dave there 3 years ago. He moved 1,200 miles across the country for me and we have been married now for a little over a year. It is awesome to see a site where everyone can come and lift each other up in Jesus' name.
A little about me, I am 36 and have 2 kids from my previous marriage. A boy almost 12 and a girl 7. They are both awesome and have accepted Jesus as their personal savior. I have had alot of personal stuggles dealing with NF, mostly emotional but quite a few medical as well. I know that God is the God of my life and that without Him I am nothing and I give him glory for each day and for the wonderful people he has put in my life that love and accept me just the way I am.
My husband is really into photography, mostly nature and wildlife. I will have to get him to help me post a picture of us for you all to see.

Thanks for all the replies to my post. Dave gave me the nickname "sweettater" when we first met because I am from Idaho and he thought I was sweet! Now that we have been married for almost a year and a half you'll have to ask him if the "sweet" part still fits. Sometimes I think he wonders!!!LOL. Actually I think "brat" fits more often.
Please pray for him. He was in the ER the other night with chest pains. They couldn't find anything on the EKG, chest x-ray, or blood work. He has still had a few pains now and then. He goes to the heart doctor next Wed. the 5th. Thanks! Also, that God would provide financial blessing to cover the costs since he doesn't have any health insurance.
As soon as he is feeling better we will get some pics posted for you! He has really enjoyed the montains and lakes here in Idaho and has some beauties.
