Smokey the Dog bounds into the room wagging his tail!
This looks like a cool site  ;D
I found this place when I saw it in the sig of someone on another site.
I have been a photography hobbyist since high school.
I've been a Christian since 1976
I've been married for 13 years, no kids just a corgi/shelty mix dog named Smokey.
Between us I think my wife and I have at least 6 cameras
and we just recently got a digital camera.  8)
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

Ohh, it's great to have you introduce yourself.  Really looking forward to seeing your photos.

What part of the country are you in?  I'm in Canada (Ontario).

It's late so I'll chat with you later.

Hope you see the locked topic for January 16 (New Every Morning) as there were several Welcome messages in there for you.

Hi Smokey:  Love your dog too!  I have a Shih Tsu., that thinks he is a human!  Rags (is what he looked like when we "rescued" him).,is 3 1/2 yrs old.

Welcome Smokey to CP.,
Hope to see lots of postings in NEM (New Every Morning), where we love to meet over "cyber" coffee.

Hope you give us a first name....at least...I'm sure you have one...LOL

Welcome to CP.  I enjoy it here too.  At my website I was just telling a story about my german Shepard.  So, it's ironic to find you here.  I was going to add this to another section, but I'll add it here & give the link to someone else & maybe they too will come in here & welcome you too.

My German Sheperd liked to play fetch.  So, when it came time to stack the wood in the woood pile, we'd throw a log for my dog.  And then she'd pick it up & bring it over to us by the wood pile & we'd take it from her & stack it on the wood pile & start the process over again.  So, she was our work horse, besides a companion to play with.
